I am currently completing a Master of Architecture at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne. My work focuses on the relationship between design, construction, and urban systems, exploring how architecture responds to social, environmental, and economic contexts.

I am interested in how built environments influence behaviour and community life. My goal is to continue developing a design approach that connects technical understanding with conceptual thinking, using architecture as a way to link people, place, and purpose.

Interdisciplinary Innovation Lab

An educational facility designed for engineering, science, and art students, this project encourages cross-disciplinary learning and innovation through shared spaces. It integrates five distinct laboratories with an exhibition hall and public museum, creating a dynamic environment that bridges academia and community engagement. The building’s tectonic expression is defined by a mesh façade, symbolizing connection, transparency, and the interwoven nature of knowledge.

Mycelium house

This house is constructed using timber kerfing SIP panels infused with growing mycelium, while a curved concrete roof serves as the primary structural element of the building.

Guided by the principles of respect, reconciliation, and reciprocity we undertake to indigenising and decolonising design practice by dismantling colonial structures and challenging biases that have marginalised Indigenous voices and design.

As students of SoDA you will be given opportunities to both engage with and educate yourself in Indigenous creative practices and cultural protocols through a lens of inclusivity, diversity, respect, mutual understanding, inter-cultural dialogue in all aspects of design practice. Indigenous people have been telling stories, making tools, and connecting to Country through visual media, placemaking and place marking for more than 60,000 years and these practices are part of an ongoing, evolving and live tradition.
