ART GALLERY SPOT

The elderly create paintings and hold small exhibitions here to provide for social needs and help alleviate the social isolation problem of the elderly. Due to the weakened vision of the elderly, indoor colours require bright colour assistance and more natural light. The yellow wavy wall features help the elderly memorise the space and wayfinding.

SOCIAL OASIS CO-LIVING

By integrating nursing-oriented senior apartments within the community centre, we blend social elements with a hotel-style approach to cater to diverse housing needs. In this project, we redefine aging, offering daily opportunities for connection, growth, and a life lived to the fullest. The environment includes a wide range of amenities, activity facilities, social spaces, and a diverse array of interest classes and events, all dedicated to addressing the challenges of social isolation and loneliness among the elderly.

COMMUNITY CENTER

Elderly people can develop new interests and hobbies through doing crafts, increasing mental activity and promoting social interaction. Indoor greenery, wooden colours and carpets are chosen to create a comfortable and secure atmosphere. Colour blocks add highlights to the space, stimulating and helping the elderly inspire creative inspiration.

CAMPUS NEST

The project is centred around shared student housing, promoting co-living experiences in communal spaces. It comprises 6 buildings, each featuring 2-bedroom residences. The main objective is to create a supportive and interactive community for students, offering an affordable and convenient housing solution.

HALLWAY

The interior uses raw wood and light apricot colours to create a relaxed and warm atmosphere. Introducing indoor green plants can alleviate students' anxiety problems. The common area and accommodation are on two floors, with an open layout to meet the social needs of students.
